Join a consult

From the workspace, or — as a patient — from a one-time link that needs no app installed.

See whether you are recorded

⚠⚠ Recording requires the patient's consent, captured before the consult starts, and it is shown throughout the call. "Am I being recorded?" is not answerable from a video tile.

Capture the encounter

The consult produces an ordinary clinical encounter on the existing form, not a separate record.

Worth knowing

⚠ If no media provider is configured the screen says the call is unavailable rather than offering a Join button that cannot connect.
