What you will be able to do​

Plan the week's visits​

Each call has a client, a carer, a time and a task list.

Check in and out​

By location, a scan at the home, telephone, or by hand.

Raise a safety alert​

If a carer does not check out, someone is told.

Worth knowing​

⚠⚠ A manual check-in is always accepted and simply flagged for review. A carer in a signal blackspot must never be unable to record the care they gave.
